When you first decide to broaden your social reach, a lot of questions come with it: what to post (and when!), which aspects of your company do we market, who is your audience, how do you know your content is hitting the way you want it to? Why do trends change so quickly and how can the company use this to gain online virality?

See it as Online Trivia: we need multiple pieces to fill the circle, but to get there we have to know about many different areas of expertise.

For example, Instagram and TikTok are platforms where aesthetics combined with brand personality takes the crown.

LinkedIn requires B2B antics, holds direct lines to the image of your business, and requires another ToV (tone of voice) for articles and news.

So many questions, so much to do... And how about your community? Making a good post is one thing, but how do we grow awareness and connection with different audiences?

I operate under the belief that we cannot have one without the other - community management and social media growth are intertwined.
